after sorting a problem with the oil I fired the convertible up and saw some major improvements tonight. the car has hardly been run in the last 4 years but with a lot of assistance and encouragement from members of this forum she is starting to sound like a v12 again!. not perfect but near enough for me to know I did the right thing buying her, now the hard work and spending can begin in earnest. I couldn't have reached this point however without the enormous contribution from gene, grant , brake buster , greg and everyone else that has chipped in . many many thanks to you all from one chuffed to bits owner lol
