Where do I find a rebuild kit for my calipers?

You can get good quality rebuilt calipers from NAPA for about $80.00 each. IMO that's the way to go, otherwise Coventry West sells rebuild kits.

just go on ebay and lookup XJS caliper kit

here is like 20 bucks for a rear kit and about twice that for the front kit since you are basically buying this two times.

if you have the money get a kit with new pistons

my pistons looks alright with slight wear on them, but i didn't have the money to replace them.

all in all, rebuilding my rear brakes and getting new pads (including handbrake pads) cost around 95 dollars.


if you need help just ask, lookup my rear brake thread using the search. if you are doing the fronts, i know for sure if you ask captain_jaguar he keeps those rubben channel gaskets or whatever they are called for the front end.
