Default Code FF39 Vacuum leak?

I was working on my car and I bumped the cap off and the two lines off the item. I'm not sure what it is or what it does. Might this be the reason I'm getting this code FF39? If the cap is supposed to block the line, I might have broken it. Also, I'm not too sure I connected the two lines back where they belong. I might have switched them. Anyone know what this is?

Yep, lines were mixed up. No more codes. I'm finally learning how to use this forum and I'm working on figuring out the parts store for diagrams. My biggest problem is not knowing the names of the parts (mostly emissions). Where I'm really getting an education is hands on. I just hope my car lives through it. So far, so good.
