Default Crankshaft Damper rebuild

Damper Dudes in Anderson CA was one.
I can't find the name of the several other shops that rebuild these.
Would someone re-post them so we can quickly find a few?
Thanks!

I've used Dale manufacturing in Oregon several times; great service. Don't be put off by the funky web site

I did my own (marelli V12) several years ago using heat cured polyurathane and a suitable jig.

Baxtor,

Can you expound on this? Material choice, jig design? I'm interested in this alternative.

Thanks for the link!

The jig is simply a nylon disc turned so the outer diameter locates inside the outer section of the damper and a machined step locates the hub in order to keep things centred. Damper parts were cleaned up by a light sandblast then primed with urethane primer. preheated as per instructions and urethane mixed and poured into cavity. This was then cured at correct temperature.
Have had no problems with it for some 4 years since the rebuild.
(Please note the parts of the damper shown are NOT same way up.)

Have you still got the left over Urethane and do you want to sell it? If not where did you get it from?
