As these are no longer available from Jaguar, does anybody know of a good replacement hose?

What year is your car? V12?
If its a later model the fuel rail is a bit different than the earlier years.
As far as hose goes you can use any readily available pressure rated fuel hose. Get the proper diameter of course.
Just cut off the old hose (careful not to nick the barbs on connectors) and install the new hose with the ferrels or with clamps.
