Do...do we dare ask what this is? Looks like some sort of contraption to measure something with, or put pressure on. Is Greg comparing his head diameter to others? Maybe have particularly tough walnuts that need cracking? Perhaps he has a need for manufactured and non-descript whatchamajigs with no particular purpose?

I must know!

I know what it is, I have a Meco brand, and it has done thousands of valves.

I reckon Greg wants one for the bottling of the 'Home Vino" for when I visit in a few years time, HAHA.

HI
I see you are in France. I live in France too. Near Angouleme. Are you by any chance nearby? I have read some of your previous posts and would really appreciate the opportunity to have a phone chat, if you wouldn't mind

Hi Jeff
I am about the same latitude but further east in Burgundy. If you would like to PM me a phone number, I will gladly ring for a chat.

greg this may be over kill when doing many type heads for R&R valves i use a large drill press, set the head on large table, wind down the chuck with a retainer adaptor, lock it in position and do your work!

lot more stable work table, i also made up some different types of retainer adaptors foe other engines.
