Hose for Solenoid Air Switch/Supplemental Air Valve
Helping a friend get his '95 XJS V12 convertible sorted, found the SAS/SAV disconnected from the RH airbox due to a missing grommet. While inspecting the valve, the hose connecting it to the bottom of the right intake manifold broke clean off about half of its length.
Been searching for the correct part numbers to purchase/order a replacement hose and grommet. Looks like the hose is NBC4978AA or CBC4266, no information found on the grommet. Will any correct diameter grommet do?
Also, how do you remove what's left of the hose still attached under the manifold and install a new hose? Looks like there is a screw clamp that a small offset screwdriver (or a very long straight screwdriver) can reach to loosen the clamp. But squeezing my hand under there I have no leverage to pull or push. Is there a technique or trick to it?
The car will stall after idling for a few moments, even after warmed up from a good run. The car's AC is not blowing cold either. Wondering if this valve/hose issue has something to do with either/both issues.
Appreciate any assistance.

I have used generic EFI hose, with a heat sleeve for the supply side. The exhaust manifold heat has toasted that one.
Removing the remains will probably required the air filter box assembly to be removed for access, and then slice through the remains with a sharp blade, a hacksaw blade, etc etc.
Much appreciated. I'll bring the valve and remaining hose when I buy the new materials, to make sure I have the diameters correct (unless someone knows what they are for the hose (inner diameter) and grommet (inner and outer)?
