Default IDS for XJS?

I took the plunge and bought a Mongoose-type cable with the IDS v130 program.

Everything seems to work fine, except that I can't get the program to pull the codes. It spits out an error (0x22) and tells me that I'm missing some parameters.

Has anyone here successfully used IDS on an XJS?

I have a 1996. Thanks

I think you need the PDU tool, from what i've read the XJS was never included in the WDS, which means it never made it to the later version IDS or SDD...

That worries me.

The place that I bought it from (in the UK) is trying to figure things out. I'm hoping I can get a refund should this not work well.

I will keep you informed.

The vendor sent me an updated IDS v134 and it works!

I was able to pull my ABS codes!!!

Seems that the $150 was indeed money well spent. Apparently my front right wheel sensor has gone bad. I got C1145 and C1148 codes...
