instrument cluster bulb replacement XJS

Hi Terry007
In order to fix the Speedo on my 1990 XJS V12 the first thing that I had to do was to remove the Binnacle
That holds the Speedo and Tacho
With a bit of help from the GF who has taken full credit for showing me how to drop the Steering Wheel
So that I would be able to get the Binnacle out
As you can imagine 'She' has been in 'Smug Mode' ever since and has even attempted to take all the Credit for doing the whole job!
Taking out the Binnacle is easier than it looks and only takes about 10 minutes to do
Although you have to be very careful not to damage the Printed Circuit when you do so
When I got the Binnacle out, I coulda, woulda, shoulda, replaced the Bulbs with slightly Brighter ones
But since I didn't do so I don't want to touch it now
Just in case the Speedo stops working again
But having said that the Instrument Bulbs are just underneath those Black plastic caps that look like little 'Top Hats'
Not sure if your Binnacle is the same as mine or even if it's fixed in the same way but you can see how I did it
