Are you sure it is not the delay relay, they should go out after about 20 seconds. BUT the central roof light pivots through three positions, and if in the ON position, will never go out.
If the rear and lower dash lights do not go out ever, then 1) they may be switched on at their switches; 2) the door activated switches may not be close enough to the chrome striker pad to activate when the door closes, or be faulty; or 3) the delay relay may have croaked.
It could be something else of course, but these are where to start.

it's a coupe left the car under its cover for two weeks the battery was flat didn't notice the clear lights were still on . Charged battery started first time but the clear lights were on all the while . The red door lights worked fine . I have pulled the fuse for the time being till I can sort it .
