Love these wheels and while I know they aren’t correct for my 1991 I still think they’d look pretty boss and a heck of a lot easier to clean. Anyone here have them on an XJS and care to share a picture of them?

Here's a picture and I also have a set of 5 wheels including center caps and lugnuts for sale.
Jaguar changed the tire size without changing the wheel size at some point. A different of 215/70 and 235/60. The Kent wheels were stock on pre-HE cars. The Starfish were one of the features of the HE cars. I'm not sure what came with Pepperpots, other than the Series 3 XJ12.
For the XJS the Kent wheels were standard issue until the HE model was introduced mid-1981. The HE models were fitted with Starfish wheels as standard issue for several years. Circa 1988-89 a change was made to the Lattice wheels.
Mid-1980s and for several years the 6-cylinder XJSs typically had the Pepperpot wheel but this, too, changed in the early/mid 90s.
Circa 1993-94 a broader variety of wheel styles and sizes were used.
The Kent and the Pepperpot are 15x6. The Lattice and Starfish are 15x6.5 although, later, the Lattice was offered in larger sizes
I want to get some New Tyres for my 1995 XJS 4.0L Celebration Convertible that was fitted with Pirelli P7000 which I don't think are available anymore and while I want to keep the same Tyre Size to go on the Celebration Wheels, please could you suggest a suitable alternative brand to go on there (mid price range as I need X 4)
I any of my cars don't have Pirelli on them, I get them when I need to replace with new.
Pirelli P-Zero worked great on my Volvo and were not expensive.

Vredestein makes a great tire. Michelin Cross climates look and feel great on the XJS, aggressive tread w/o the road noise
As you know, the original Pirelli tyres for those 16" wheel swere the P600 which was then superseded by the P6000. The P6000 was then pulled from production and significant problems were found with both block hardening and tread splitting. I'm sure you've seen the pictures of my P6000 tyres which were literally falling apart when removed from the rims. The P7 was not an approved Jaguar tyre for the 16" XJS.
If you're looking at quality tyres at a lower price point than the Pirelli, Michelin & Continental, there are a number of options. Personally I wouldn't go to any of the Chinese budget tyres. I've driven a few cars of friends with them fitted and definitely wouldn't be comfortable in the wet with some of those!
Anyway, I moved to the Hankook Ventus Prime2 225/55 tyres on my 4 litre a few years ago and have been very happy with them. A number of other XJS club members also subsequently moved to the Hankooks.
You'll notice that a lot of manufacturers don't make 225/60 16" in the correct weight rating. But 225/55s were fitted on the UK Coupes as standard and on the Convertibles as an option.
Hankook don't seem to do the Prime2 in 225/55 any more but you can get the Prime3 in 99W or the Prime4 in 95W rating. Both will come in at about £116 fitted.
Other mid-price tyres that UK XJS owners are using for 16" wheels seem be:
- Toyo Proxes (I have those on my Supercharged Range Rover). The 225/55 99W will come in at about £116 also.
- Falken at about £125
- Vredestein (for winter use) at about £135
