Default Knee panel clips

Can someone please post three angle pictures of the knee pad clips from a facelift? The passenger side clips. I made sheet metal replacements years ago, but they are junk. I'm going to print some out of ABS that should be a lot better. Front, back and side.

You talking about what I photographed in Post #5 below:

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...e-clip-195859/

or like the one in Post 1 below?

Wow, definitely the broken one in post #5. And I had no idea how many sizes there were. Just a complete example of #5 with a ruler underneath it and I crank them out.

I could use some too. The stock metal design on the passengers side is complete junk.

Would love a total redesign there. I keep a small amp in there so I occasionally go back in there. (Alpine KTP-445u)

I've been in there several times. Always a gamble if it's going to stay closed. The drivers side plastic clips are much better. Why they didn't use the same thing on the passenger side, makes no sense.

I’m wondering if this will work:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/32280246221...mis&media=COPY

Can’t figure out how they size these things?

Maybe this one?

That's the design, but no idea how they size. I'd think it would be the ID of the main clamp, but who knows.

Does anyone know the diameter of the bar it locks into?

Grainger has clips too.

According to an older post (by me) the bar that these clips attach to are 0.458in or 11.63mm

On my 94, the Passenger side bolster was always dropping down.
What was happening as the flat part of the clip that attaches to the bolster wouldn't hold.
After many tries to re-bend the clip it wound up breaking.
My permanent fix was to drill a hole in the clip and the bolster tab, then pop rivet it.
Never dropped down again.

I bought some of these. Made in UK, so may be the same as original. Will see how they work.https://www.grainger.com/product/4RJ...&emcid=NA:Item

Original on left, new from Grainger on right. Work perfectly. I thought the long "tail" might get in the way, but it doesn't. Shipping costs more than the clips.
