Default Knock off hubs

I am building a Race Car/ Speedster using a 1986 XJS rear independent suspension. It currently has the 5 stud hubs. I want to convert it to knock off hubs. Is this possible to convert this unit to knock off hubs? If yes, I'm looking for correct part number and or supplier for these hubs. Thank you. Speedster in Michigan

I don?t know this for certain, but I would be inclined to think E-type hubs could be used. They were available with knock off wheels and it?s basically the same IRS. The track width is different, but otherwise I think they?re really close.

Contact Dayton. Maybe they have all the parts?

SNGBarratt.com has front and rear splined knock off hubs for early Jags. They may or may not fit an XJS.

Rear LH P/N C20890
Front RH P/N C19225/1

The hubs will work, it should be a straightforward swap of the hubs.

You will need to set up the bearing preload with appropriate shims, but that is the same procedure for all IRS rear ends, so plenty of information over at Jag-lovers in the E Type forum about how to do that.

Thank you for info, I knew it was out there somewhere. I'm headed over to Jag-lovers. Speedster
