Default LED headlight bulbs

Hope you all had a great Christmas...

I fitted a set of LED H4 and H1 bulbs into my quad headlights yesterday..

Compared to what ive seen over the years they are super. BUT, the headlight module will not go from main beam (all 4) back to dipped. All 4 go off and l have to switch headlights back on. Im guessing it needs some sort of resistor ??

That is quite possible, LED's do not have the resistance of an incandescent bulb so they will turn on bulb failure circuits and may not switch the same. Usually the instructions will tell you if you need a resistor to fool the electronics.
