Default Light out warning light

If there is a light out is it normal to get a visual and aural signal from the light out warning?

What fuse controls the warning lights?

The bulb failure light will glow when you have an external bulb failure, except for headlights which are not on the system. The brake lights are checked by applying the handbrake and pressing the brake pedal. I've not heard of an aural warning but perhaps it can be found on the later cars that I'm not familiar with?

I can't remember what year your car is

Cheers

Thanks Doug
It's a 1993; the light out warning light keeps flashing and there is an intermittent beeping sound. Runs with everything off doors closed no switches on. The only way to stop it is to remove the ground on battery. I have the Jag electric manual but can't locate the appropriate fuse to kill the circuit. I don't need the light out warning and removing the fuse seems like a quick fix and another method of trouble shooting. This problem started when I removed the radio, but with the radio in or out I still get the flashing light and beeping. I am competent on electric circuits, but this one has me stumped!
(added: Found Light out in Fig 5 of Electric manual)

The front light and the light rear lliance bulbs flash and peep if key is off. There is no peep noise or light flash if key is on. Every thing normal if key is on!

Still need help

I've never heard them make a noise for a bulb out. I don't have a 93 diagram either, but I think the 94 is very similar. I've attached the diagram from the 94 and nothing goes to the warning buzzer.

That being said, there is a buzzer for leaving the lights on, and they seem to tie through the sidelights relay. Maybe check that relay, or replace it?

I have the 93 manual, and fig 11 is different on the 6 cyl. I will have my son post it on Sunday. I am looking at the side light relay (kinda the same on the 6cyl as the 12cyl.) I will pull that and see what happens.
Usually when you shut a car down, ignition off, they sit there quietly. Not this car! When I start the car the light goes out and the buzzer stops just the opposite!!!!

Still looking at this problem. Found beeping coming below radiator, so I guess the horns are involved. So far I have a flashing bulb out light, headlights and license lights flashing plus a low volume horn beeping. All stop when I turn the ignition on ???? All this happened when I removed the radio. I'm too darn old to climb under dash to pull fuses. Son comes over Sunday will have him pull fuses

Vee
Just a well deserved THANK YOU FOR THE WEALTH OF INFO YOU PROVIDED! I think it should be shared as a separate post, but since it is your info, I did not think it appropriate for me to do it.

I know the answer to my light/horn problem is simple; I just have to find it. When I do, I'll post the answer

Like I said the solution is simple. Pulled a number of fuses under the dash and also the fuses on the right under dash...No luck! Pulled a couple of relays and still no luck. Turned all switches on and off, lights wipers seats nothing! Noticed the lights flashing on the computer. That was a nothing! Every time I turn the ignition on the problem went away! Just couldn't figure where to look on the electrical schematic. Pull the keys out of the ignition and as a last resort presses the button on the remote fob. Problem solved! Flashing light off, horn off, car back to normal. Some how the security system caused the problem. How or why I don't know, I don't care; problem solved, Next move grab a beer and celebrate!

PS: Jagboi64 you were on the right track!

On the 94 there is a stupid little tin can (1 1/2" x 1" x 1/2") in the boot that looks like an afterthought.
That is the bulb failure warning module.
