Locked out of car
All the best
Zarathustra.
Hi Grant,
Your method worked perfectly.
I was wondering if there's any way to disconnect the central locking as I suspect this is the issue and have the locks work manually?

HA, dont panic, solves nothing. Drink beer, stop and think, like we OLD people do. These cars are not Rocket Science.
Possibly on the Central Locking, but not something I ever played with.
Paul will know when he wakes up.
Good luck.

Zarathustra,
You could just pull the fuse on the Central Locking. Have a look in your manual. I think on LHD, it's in the RH fuse box, it'll be a 10A fuse. Your manual or w/s manual will confirm.
But if you couldn't unlock the door with the key today, I'm assuming you've got a problem with the key actuation of the lock anyway?
Cheers
Paul
