Lower steering column links jamming
If loosness is the problem, then I can see nothing wrong in this fix, prviding the joints all articulate smoothly.
My problem was that my old one had become rough/lumpy feeling in its articulation as the bearings had started to fail. Whether SNg will be able to do anything I do not know; but this is a serious VOR potential problem for many models of Jaguar. I would have thought that an exchange service would not be difficult to organise, as inserting new bearings under factory conditions with the right tooling must be relatively straightforward. providing the bearings are available, of course.... or suitable substitutes.
