Although you can thread into this stuff I prefer to use captives. You can get special inserts, some melt in, some screw in, some behave like rivnuts but I've no experience of SLA printing. Worst case you can use anti vibration washers - it is going to expand and contract in this area, brass set screws are useful in such locations..

Personally I would remove the adjustment from the TPS itself and do it on the main body that you can be a little less delicate with the tightening.

I thread into this resin regularly, but I have not yet subjected it to the vibrations of an engine. Luckily its a V12 and not a V8. We shall see.

On mine I used extremely coarse threaded screws, similar to what you'd use in wood (and I tightened the **** out of them).. if you're really confident in the adjustment you could always just throw some epoxy on there and never worry about it again

You should be able to take 10 thou or so off the top of the adapter to smooth it out without causing any issues, even just sand paper would likely give you a better mating surface for the sensor.

out of curiosity Garet what kind of resin is that? Looks like it held up to the heat very well

Does anyone have a new link to buy the sensor? The eBay link no longer shows the screws and plate you would need for this to work. There are several Amazon items that appear to the same thing, but the cheap ones say 360 degree, and the expensive ones say 0-90, 0-180, 0-360.

I bought the one from the link, without the mounting plate illustrated, and it came with the plate and screws.

the ebay listing is the same one I used and didn't show the plate or screws when I got it either. There are certainly other options around since it seems to be a generic chinese sensor rebranded and dropshipped, just absolutely has to be the 0-90 degree model or your wide open throttle value will be much lower than needed.
Might be worth checking sites like aliexpress or other chinese wholesalers for it as well

I will eventually put together a complete kit to sell along with a transmission swap kit and a couple other little things I'm working on, around 6-12 months from being ready to do that
