Mystery connector solved
I can't find the original posting but I'm 99% somebody was asking about a mystery connector. This is a two-pin connector just aft of the throttle turntable and above the big balance tube. Brown/slate and pink/white wires.
I think I figured it out. It goes to the Supplementary Air Valve (backside of RH air filter housing) and the Solenoid Vacuum Valve (blue widget at rear of RH inlet manifold)
I discovered this as I near completion of my '88 V12 project
Hope this helps
On a totally unrelated note I included a pic of some sorta neat wire ties I've been using. They're aluminum, easily adjustable, and reusable. I thought they look a bit more upscale than some of the other choices. They were leftovers from a Corvette project
