oil pressure sender replacement - familiar with this one?

Default oil pressure sender replacement - familiar with this one?
While the price is more than I'd like, if it actually fits it does avoid have to drill/tap holes to make an NPT threaded sender fit. Summit says it'll fit the 1987 XJS. Can anyone confirm that?

Rock Auto has the same part for less.
They also have the original looking sender......
