I'm just going to post the things I've done in this thread. Hopefully in about a week it'll be up and running! New plug wires, distributor cap, injector o rings on the way and spark plugs will be purchased tomorrow. The VEE is almost ready to be put back together!

Heat wrapped a lot of the solder points but did a final wrap with 3m tape(rated 221 degrees). Would like to keep it out of the V, but seems like strapping it to the rail would be more dangerous if a fuel leak began? And wouldn't look very good?

thank you everyone for the help! Can't wait to put it all in and fire it up and hope it all works

worked perfect! Just write out the instructions on paper and get a few different color wires. It's really quite easy. I also attached the harness up on the fuel rail to keep it out of the heat of the vee
