Default Rain sensor.

l must have to much time on my hands... Thoughts keep going to fitting a rain sensor to control the roof on that one day l leave the roof and windows down and it rains.
Any one done this ?

Clever and ambitious idea.

Not to rain on your parade (heh), but the issue I would see is that the way rain sensors tend to work, your interior will be fairly wet by the time the top and windows are up. Perhaps another angle to address the problem is to install a app like this on your phone so you can be proactive:

Two pieces of tinfoil with a paper towel between them? Rain gets the paper towel wet, closes the circuit, and the sunroof closes.

That suggestion was brought to you by an electrical circuit book my mom bought me at Kroger 40 years ago. I'm glad to see it finally paid off.
