Rear Brake Bleed Nipple Rounded Off how can I get it undone?
Hi Guys
I was trying to undo the Rear Brake Bleed Nipple on 'The Ice Princess' using the correct size 11mm Socket
And one of them undid no problem, although it was a bit stiff, although I would add that I have been Soaking these in (The Mixture) Penetrating Oil
But when I came to undo the 2nd one, it was very tight and the Brake Nipple Nut rounded off
I tried to Hammer a smaller socket onto the Bleed Nipple but there isn't any room to hit it hard enough to try and force it on
I don't want to drop the rear cage, unless I absolutely have to, so any ideas as to how I can get it undone
Also I've heard of a Tool that looks like a drill chuck with a handle, which is a self tightening Wrench, which is ideal for that very job but I cannot remember the name of it or where I can get one

Mini pipe wrench, tight fit up there though.
Weld on a 5/16 nut.
Try a rouded of nut socket like this...
Might help to heat it up with a torch, cool it with a drenched and wet towel, rapid heat cycle will create cracks in the rust. Hit the caliper with a hammer to create cracks in the rust. Then retry

Vice grips then replace the nipple. If this fails remove the caliper and drill it out carefully smaller then threaded hole then re-tap hole to remove the rest of the nipple.
I always use ring spanners when ever possible as there is far less chance of rolling the nut. I only use use open spanners when a ring will not fit.
