My tripometer is getting stuck when the tenth position gets to 0. Sometimes it gets past 0 and works flawlessly until it gets to 0 again (in 1 mile) and then most times it just stays there for a long while. In a 100 mile trip maybe it gets to 30 miles. I tried holding the reset stick in different positions but it doesn't seem to work holding it in any one position. If I reset it it does work right away but then gets stuck at 1.0 miles. What might I try to get it working aain.

4 choices.
1. Ignore it.
2. Put a bit of black tape over it so that it doesn't annoy you.
3. Remove it and send it away for repair (no idea where).
4. Remove it and replace it with a second hand unit from another car; just photograph the mileage for your records for when you sell the car.
Mine does exactly the same which is great because I am on a limited mileage insurance policy!
