Default Under hood fuel supply

I want to change the Under hood fuel supply that goes from the right hand fire wall to the a bank regulator. It appears to be in 2 section with a straight joiner. Can it be done in 1 length of hose or is the joiner more than just a joiner.

The joiner is just a joiner; BUT the two hoses it joins are NOT the same diameter! I have a single hose from the hard line to the rail (no A bank FPR) which gets over the problem...
What is important is to ensure the fuel line goes through the OEM P clip on the wing to ensure it does not get near the exhaust manifold.

Thanks for that Greg, can you remember, by any chance, the ID of the 2 parts.

Sorry, cannot be surer but not much in it, maybe the second one was 1/4 and the first 5/16ths. I used 8mm end to end and that is fine.
