My electrical wiring manual shows the upper coil, "B" feeds the left bank "B" which is the off-centre plug on the distributor and the centre plug feeds the "A" bank from the lower coil. Of course, you have to connect the correct low-voltage three-wire connectors to the appropriate coil also, although the coils are identical, so you could feed them both the other way round and the engine wouldn't know the difference.
