Default V12 ignition lead routing

I bet some of you has devellopped the best sequence and routing for the ignition leads.
Mine looked like a snake pit, and my first go on making it better didn't help a lot...
My engine is a 1989 HE

I have removed the cruise control from the V on my car, so it made the whole business a great deal easier, and I had a set with custom lengths and ends made up to suit. What I suggest is placing as many in decent "runs" as you can, then see what you have still to go, and then find suitable leads to fit what is left. Quite often changing a lead end to a 90 degree from a straight, or vice versa, makes a big difference to how it goes in and looks. The OEM leads work fine, but are not as good as more modern designs like Magnecore, but wider than 8mm diameter leads makes things harder.

Ignition ht routing is important.
On Marelli powered V12 a TSB (Technical service bulletin) was issued to show improved routing for leads

Excellent, thanks.

I look forward to see your picture Daim.

As far as I remember all of my leads has 90° angle at the distributor.

Mine is Pre Marelli, so different in that there is only one coil ead.

I have 90deg on 1A 1B 6A 6B 5B, and that makes them "flow" a tad neater. They are ALL 90deg at the cap, including the coil lead.

I use Magnecor ONLY, and they are pre made length, with tags, and BLACK.

These snaps show my set up, but NOT those leads specifically.

Thanks

I have several leads crossing over the cap. I didn't check if they were long enough to go around instead, but I don't think so.
