Default water methanol injection idea

Just wondering if any body has experimented with Water/Methanol injection on a v12? Ive been looking in to it and there doesn’t seem to be any down side to it. 10-15 hp increases better gas mileage and carbon free combustion. The only thing I can see being much hassle is adapting the kit to fit the two banks of the engine or maybe run to separate kit on to each side of the engine feed from the same tank.
This is just an idea I had floating around in my head no plans to try it yet just wont some feed back on the idea see if any body had tried it yet.snow performance offers lots kits and part that's what i was thinking of using as a base for a custom kit .

Would it be a full throttle application or a manifold pressure activation??
I had water/methanol injection on my Callaway VW Rabbit Pick-up stage II back in the 80's. It worked fine to keep the engine from melting down.

meth injection is for Forced Induction engines only. and it really only signifigantly improves non IC turbo cars. its simply to act as a chemical intercooler and octane booster. boosting octane wont help you at all unless you can advance your timing when the meth starts spraying, which you cant do on our ancient EFI system.
