This is why "replace the fuel hoses" is such a frequent recommendation

Cheers

I did all the hoses except the one leaking, the inlet side to the fuelrail and the small one off the fpr. They will now be getting done!!

Those OEM hoses are incredible. When replacing my questionable Cracking fuel lines I pressurized the system and began picking at them with my nails. Removed the entire exterior rubber layer and still no leaks!

Right? Cutting through the old ones to get them off the injectors is really a lot of work. Its like they turn to plastic

exactly why i went with 5/8" inside diameter solid aluminum rails.

NO socalled fuel hoses at all.

injectors have hi-pressure O-rings top and bottom, and all lines are ultra hi pressure stainless flex and aeroquip fittings .

lot of work but should last as long as i do?

What fans are those? Tell me how you set it up. I want to do that exact set up. What hoses, and how did you get them to fit. I have a 1992 xjs 5.3. Please let me know what you did.

don't forget the hoses from the pressure regulators to/from the fuel rail, the hose to/from the fuel cooler and the supply/return lines connected to hard points on the firewall. And finally the rubber hoses over the IRS cage that are the feed/return lines to the tank. Those hoses are the same age.
