Will a 1987 Fuel Tank Interchange with 1989?

Oh, another problem. Will the 1987 XJS coupe's fuel tank interchange with my 1989 convertible's? Thanks.

Don't know, but I have both a coupe and a convertible 89 xjs fuel tank..... they may be the same... I have not taken the tank out of the coupe yet, but it looks the same.

Doug, thanks, that settles it, the coupe and convertible have DIFFERENT tanks, who would've thunk it?
