Default Wind Deflector

I am looking for a wind deflector that would fit my 1988 XJS Convertible (Hess and Eisenhardt) version. The ones I see available measures 46+ inches. This one is for the Jaguar built convertible, 1992 onwards. My car measures 40 5/8 inches with the Rear upholstery installed. Has anyone with an H&E car tried to fit a wind deflector? If so what did you use?
Any ideas or options from anyone?. The other option would be to purchase one for the Jaguar built convertible (2 seater) and have it cut down to size which I would rather not do.
Thanks.

Since no one responded due to lack of knowledge or no interest whatsoever, I am posting the results of my search to find/design a wind deflector for the H&E XJS. If any H&E XJS owners are interested in what I came up with, please feel free to contact me. I installed and tested the wind deflector up to 70 mph and it works perfectly. It is made using clear cast acrylic (plexiglass) because it is stronger than the extruded type. It does not have to be removed to put the top up and if need be, it can be removed in a couple of minutes. Here are some pics.
