Default Window runner grease

While the door cards are off I thought it would be a good idea to clean out and replace the window runner grease with some fresh. Any suggestions to the best grease to use and how much should I use? Many thanks all in advance..

Assuming this is for the metal window fixtures in the track? if so I would use a moly grease of some sort, eg

Depends on what you mean. If the power window scissor mechanism then Molly grease. If the slides that the glass run in use silicone spray, grease in here will collect bust and wear the glass.
