Help needed with "Lost" Tapes
JCNA and the Coventry Foundation have a partial set of the 1980s Jaguar Cars Inc. Training Modules.
These modules were created for Jaguar Dealership maintenance staff and used a now antiquated Dukane Audio Visual system. The content is very well prepared and instructive.
We have now re-mastered 3 of the modules to digital format.
We need members' input as to the value of these modules and whether we should invest in re-mastering more of the modules.
The three modules are currently unlisted on Youtube but available with the following links
AJ17 - Jaguar Power Steering available at =AT3J3-t_RnDjL8QoyaKIibGIkQwzT7XSRMUxPSejdznHfrf4qhJXWKsU NZmayeGnEikj8_yojv4nhOtIKGK08lbrCBKEg8t4TZJjq-LH_Xa0y66Wnd1yVLGcVHqnFYu7b7ftQP7deVf3L7ATG7NY00xn 8xKZ61lf0JOsITaNHt2VHvPMixqt9ZqI5q-qWLqojoxOPD2N2zI6eotPIr8]https://youtu.be/0SvVF6awu24
AJ18 - Suspension and drivetrain Part 1 available at =AT3J3-t_RnDjL8QoyaKIibGIkQwzT7XSRMUxPSejdznHfrf4qhJXWKsU NZmayeGnEikj8_yojv4nhOtIKGK08lbrCBKEg8t4TZJjq-LH_Xa0y66Wnd1yVLGcVHqnFYu7b7ftQP7deVf3L7ATG7NY00xn 8xKZ61lf0JOsITaNHt2VHvPMixqt9ZqI5q-qWLqojoxOPD2N2zI6eotPIr8]https://youtu.be/tWYCJ6aGD0M
AJ19 - Suspension and Drivetrain Part II available at =AT3J3-t_RnDjL8QoyaKIibGIkQwzT7XSRMUxPSejdznHfrf4qhJXWKsU NZmayeGnEikj8_yojv4nhOtIKGK08lbrCBKEg8t4TZJjq-LH_Xa0y66Wnd1yVLGcVHqnFYu7b7ftQP7deVf3L7ATG7NY00xn 8xKZ61lf0JOsITaNHt2VHvPMixqt9ZqI5q-qWLqojoxOPD2N2zI6eotPIr8]https://youtu.be/TP9HxUpvSIQ
Please review the materials and send your thoughts to Les Hamilton les@jags.org or George Camp scjag@juno.com.
Thank you for your help. There are modules dating back to the mid 70s but it is labor intensive to convert to a digital format. If useful to the Jaguar community we will attempt to increase this library. Kudos to JLR NA for making these available to the Coventry Foundation. We picked the two suspension tapes as they are a source of much debate on many forums. Please watch and enjoy and provide comments as to their usefulness----or not.

Great resource, thanks for all your efforts. These links work:
Part 2 which is particularly useful in my view:

and Part 1

The content is well worth publishing. Lots of info not detailed elsewhere without a lot of digging. They could be referred to when helping someone with a technical issue.
Please try and republish a new link to the first video. YouTube says there nothing there. See next post.

If you have modules for the Delanair Mk2 and Mk3 HVAC systems, those would be very appreciated. Also, anything on the V12 ignition, engine, fuel injection, cooling system would be appreciated.

I assume these were filmstrip with synchronized audio tape. I'll bet they were a pain to capture. Excellent work!

We do have all of that and more---why we are trying to determine the effort vs need. Thanks

Your guess is correct. We had hoped to vid. direct off the training viewer but the quality was too poor. So we are where we are now and the quality is not perfect but good enough.

What a great resource - many thanks to all involved including sorting the links.

Would be great to see something on the manual gearbox / clutch but I appreciate I am in the minority here.

Can the links be turned into a "sticky thread" as I am bound to loose the original links.

Cheers,
LeeP
