Most of you may know of our forum member "WhiteXKR" Steve, who has produced many fine upgrade products for Jaguar vehicles over the last few years.
Jaguar omitted the very desirable ability to control the convertible top operation with the existing remote key fob for the X150 series XK and XKR.
This feature adds convenience, fun and 'cool factor' to the ownership experience of a convertible XK or XKR. Put an end to the awkward 'finger on the ceiling' to operate the top! The addition of the Rear Window control option also helps reduce wind noise.
The module comes complete with all accessories needed for installation. All wiring is color coded to match your vehicle, so you simply have to match the colors to the car wiring to install it. Connections are made with included Posi-Taps™, which are extremely simple-to-use reliable wire connectors.

Took my 2012 XKR IRR out yesterday in 40*F weather and drove to the golf course to play another round before winter hits. Still hope to get a few more rounds in but if not so be it. I'm NOT in as I already have this controller and I love it! I sure would love to see Steve's backup camera retrofit when it gets done though. Or maybe I AM in and I can sell it? No, that'd be cheese. Not In!
I too have the controller and everyone who sees it, is jealous. Makes using the top even more easy. I have the rear window feature too.
Will say the last time I had it serviced at Jag dealer, they set it in motion and called me to tell me I had an electrical problem. Obviously, I straighten them out immediately.
I'm planning on buying another X150, so add me to the list! Looking at the R-S.
I guess my title line says it all so I'll throw my hat in the ring and see if the Force is with me.
Mine is a 1999 XK8 in BRG and just turned 63,000 miles with only a few niggling problems.not eligible as you have X100
Speaking of power windows.... what would cause the front windows to go down when opening a door BUT fail to go back up when the door gets closed? That just popped up (no pun intended) a couple of days ago.
