Exclamation 2009 XKR - No Charge Differential Replacement

If you don't already know:

http://www.baileycar.com/recalls_html.html

JAGUAR
A problem with rear differential contamination may affect some XF and XK models. In T.S.B. K035 issued on March 18,

Jaguar said an excess of silicon carbide might have been left in the units in 2009 models, causing premature wear. Jaguar will replace affected differentials without charge through March 31, 2011.

silicon carbide is an abrasive

you have about 2 weeks left on this one. notice it says "some"

damnit, just saw this message now. do you think i can still file for the recall? the dealer says that the noise in my car is from the differential but quoted me 4,500 for a replacement (btw, i'm in Korea).

experiencing a noise that has been diagnosed as a failing rear differential on my 2011 XKR. Dealer is replacing under warranty. Is this a continuation of the earlier problem? Will the replacement be better?
