Default 2010 XKR fluid changes

Was hoping to get some recommendations on fluid changes for my 2010 XKR with 65000 miles since you guys are the experts. I got the car last Oct and from what I see, the brake and power steering fluids were changed 3 years ago in addition to regular oil and filter. The car runs absolutely fantastic - what maintenance would you guys recommend at this age/mileage. Thanks so much!

Jag recommends brake fluid every 2 years. After having mine tested, and seeing the results of just 22 months, in between changes, I would personally strongly suggest you follow that recommendation! 3 years seems too long, definitely want that swapped out

I like to change ALL fluids on a "new to me" Jaguar. Regardless of what it shows in the Service History, this then gives me a known base point for future maintenance and picks up on anything which may have been overlooked.

Here's the Maintenance Check Sheet for 2010 Model Year:

Note that the recommended service interval is 15K Miles OR 12 Months - whichever comes sooner.

I would do transmission fluid, differential fluid, and supercharger oil. I don't think most owners know that you need to change those things as well, and from what I understand, those aren't fluid changes the dealership would normally recommend.

For reference, I just got my diff fluid and trans fluid replaced at the dealer nearby, and it was just under $700 for the trans fluid and $200 for the diff fluid. Unfortunately, the indie mechanics I contacted didn't want to do the transmission fluid change.

On a related note, has anyone DIY'd the supercharger oil for the 5.0 engine without removing the supercharger? I know the location of the fill hole makes the job kind of hard.

Old oil is like gunk and Real smelly . Fill drain plug /grommet is down the gap in last photo just before the blue paper towels i put in to catch any oil or in case i dropped the plug you will see it slightly protruding from allen key

Last fall I bought my 2010XK with 53K, it had a good CarFAX that showed regular service, but did not show what the service was for.
So, just to give me a base line to start with I had all fluids changed (oil and filter, coolant, power steering, brake fluid, differential, drop pan transmission and replaced a 5 year old battery, even though it still tested good.) all filters were still almost new. Everything ran about $2,200 . She runs like brand new

Ancillary belts will be needing changed , rubber will have perished due to heat or cold

When you don't change the diff oil this is what its going to look like when it comes out. I don't think its part of the service.

Goto the 5min mark.

My diff oil was fine a 52k BOT720b if I remember rightly I paid £25 for 2 x 1l bottles of Ebay, the dealer price is I think double that, quite easy to access and defo a DIY , but as my Indy only charged me half an hours labour at £65ph plus tax (when added to my service) it was a no brainer at less than £38/$52

Mine were squealy coming out of winter storage one year and despite only have 55k on the car in early 2019, I replaced them. The SC belt was the squealy one but I just did both since I didn't know if they were original. No squeals! I like every six years for serpentine and sc belts; I run TBs a little longer and more to mileage (although not applicable here since the Jag V8s are timing chain).
