Default 3 Electrical Issues, are they Related?

My power antenna stopped working, I can manually run it up and down. I do not hear the motor running or trying to run when I power the radio on or off.
Unexplainably, at the same time, the cigarette lighter stopped workin (used for my phone power). When observing the lighter, it looked rusted inside, like there had been fluid spilled inside and then left to rust. So I went through the huge PITA of pulling the entire center console in order to replace the unit. It still doesnt work, but the light ring around it does work. The third item is almost certainly unrelated, but after backing up the passenger mirror does not go back to its driving position and stays angled down until I manually readjust it.
I did check fuses that were listed as related to the cig lighter and the antenna. All appeared intact.
Any other thoughts?

Firstly, replace the fuses and inspect the connections for any sign of corrosion. While many fuses appear to be intact, they can have a small area that is broken or melted.

Inspect the earth (ground) strap for the antenna for any corrosion and ensure the electrical connector is firmly closed. Check for power to the antenna when the radio unit is switched on.
