AC losing gas

Apparently there was not a leak test done before the 1st refill. So now you would need to get that done and will need to replace the receiver/drier . No common issues .

Who ever charged your system should have checked and found a leak if it lost the charge in two weeks. I would not go back to them.
Find some one that will leak test it, fix the leak, and then recharge it. If they have to open the system (probably will) the drier should be replaced. (I have run a vacuum pump on older car's A/C system for 24+ hours and not changed the drier. It probably will cost you more to do that at a shop than to just change the drier.)
