Default Backup Camera Upgrade

I’m interested in adding the backup camera function to my 2009 XK Convertible. This forum has provided the info and I know that running the cable to the screen is the easy part. The harder part is finding someone with the modified X150 file to enable the backup camera in SDD. I’m near Philadelphia in Pennsylvania and look forward to a nice drive if there’s a kind soul out there that can help.😎

I can help if you travel to MPLS. If you can't find anyone nearby, there is always the GVIF solution but it requires you to push a button to see the backup camera. That's what I had before Cambo defined the OEM replicated solution. It was fine too.

I appreciate the offer ... I’ll probably wait a bit to see if there’s anyone closer. Winter will arrive soon and this car will be put away. It’s a toy that’s mostly driven top down. I’m still working on my microphone problem and when that’s solved I’ll move on to the next... love this car and glad I found this forum😎
