Battery kaput after trip to dealer!
Bocatrip:
Here's a few more photos taken today per your request. The CTEK is a clean installation thru the trunk wheel well. I used JB Weld Epoxy to secure the plug-in to the lower outside rear. It holds well, and takes just a minimal bend over to connect the plug into the mounted CTEK plug-in. You will see the gray colored JB Weld epoxy hardened in the last photo. I used GE clear silicone inside the trunk well and squeezed it into the grommet hole that the CTEK wire goes thru to make sure no water gets up into the hole of the grommet. I wish I had done this some time ago, as the process is so much easier to plug-in and plug-out the CTEK smartcharger. Now takes less than 10 seconds and no need to open and close the trunk lid.
Help these photos are what you were looking for.

The car is back and working. Dealer said that the tech should have checked the battery after installing the steering wheel column. Said he left the doors open, the lights on and probably the radio. And BTW Jaguar Road Assist was very good. They had someone pick the car up on a flatbed within an hour.
You should tell people you have a plug-in electric hybrid! Nice mod Richzak.

I no longer have to open and close the trunk to connect the CTEK comfort cord to the charge connection. I had concerns about constantly opening and closing the trunk lid.
When I did a OBD2 scan on my car, my readout stated that I had started the car 115 times. So I figured the trunk goes up and down many more. So I re-routed the CTEK charge cord by opening the trunk, removing my donut spare and then finding a rubber grommet that I pulled out, put the cord thru the grommet, replaced the grommet and the cord now comes out under the trunk. I drilled a small hole thru the bottom grille and ran the wire thru the hole then expoxied the CTEK plug on. In the photos below, I had not expoxied the plug in yet. It is now doen and very secure. I used JB Weld expoxy. It was a nice, neat install.
It works great, easy to bend over and plug in, secure, and no longer any need to open and close the trunk.

Yes, the CTEK wiring harness/wire is fused with a 15 amp fuse. Keep in mind when the CTEK is unpluged, there is no electrical current passing thru the wiring.
I won't worry or even think about someone rear ending me, causing the wire to get smashed and shorting out the electrical system of the car. It is extremely doubtful that it will happen.
The re-wiring of the CTEK plug-in (as I have done) makes it so easy for me to simply attach the CTEK Smartcharger. It takes all of 5-10 seconds to plug-in or remove the plug as the CTEK snaps into the plug. No more opening and closing the trunk lid.
