If it's the just 'R' logos that are worn, why not just clean the plates & add new transfers:
I just bought some on Ebay here in the UK - I'm sure they'll ship to the US if you ask. If you order some make sure you measure yours first - I bought 4 rear ones as the fronts were miles too big for my '07 XKR calipers.
That's my image! It's in my old Imagebucket account. Anyways, the plates are not sided, the same one fits left and right sides on each end of the car.
EDIT - I gave mine a few coats with clear high-temp lacquer before fitting them to the car, to hopefully prevent the logos from fading/flaking off again. Fitting the rear ones is easy, the front ones are a bit of a pain. Workshop manual explains how to do it.

Haha, I figured it had to be someone on here. How did you apply the laquer and did it work?
I tried to do a brake job on the XKR's front brakes and gave up, and then I realized it was really tough to get the logo plates back on.
The lacquer I got was in an aerosol can, so I'd say to line a good sized plastic storage box (with a lid) using aluminium foil or similar, placing the plates inside the box face up, giving them a light coat then putting the lid on the box. Leave them for an hour then repeat, doing two or three coats in total.
The idea of the box is to minimise dust landing on the plates while they're drying. Get yourself a nice, fresh set of wheel centre caps and do the same with them while you're at it, and (as I did) a new rear R logo badge too. So long as you're doing this on a reasonably warm, low humidity day, they should dry to a nice, hard finish quickly and without trapping dust or moisture in the lacquer.
As for "did it work", well all I can say for sure is that I did these getting on for two years ago now and so far so good.

Reason: added details.
I had my calipers repainted and then put on the stickers from supergraphics, which look great. But then I decided to give them a hit with clear lacquer. But not being able to find clear lacquer, I used clear engine paint which you are meant to cure in the oven. Big mistake - it stayed tacky and the brakes got filthy, also it made the colour on the stickers bleed. I ended up having to scrub it all off with turps and most of the colour on the stickers has come out which I suppose makes them look more OEM (looking on the bright side).
So the moral to the story is that if you are going to spray lacquer on the brakes, don't use engine paint!
can anyone tell me what size wrench 2007 XKR front caliper guide pin uses
The 2007 XK uses a 7 mm allen hex. I would guess the XKR pins would be the same. Just changed mine last weekend, replaced the dusty OEM pads with Akebono ceramics, to keep my wheels cleaner.
