Can anyone confirm what this is? I am referring to the thin vacuum line with what appears to be a plug on the end of it.

That's a check-valve slash diagnostic cap. All it does is close off the end of the vacuum line, but for many purposes. They are usually like mini waste gates, but also a handy vacuum test spot. Yours has the permanent plug on the end, the little flattened part that goes into the disk.

That's also the point where 'flyc2c' tapped into for his pressure sensor to feed into his HKS Camp2, to get boost reading on his infotainment screen.

The line apparently starts at a manifold port, and then splits to go to the fuel pressure regulator and this test port.
