Circuit of America's Villian's Acad.
A fantastic time at the Circuits of America track. Jaguar put on an outstanding event.
Some personal information, drove 960 miles round trip, average 72.8 MPH and got 26.5MPG. The car ran fantastic.
Here are some of the of the events
1. Reverse 180 spin
2. Pasenger while drifting
3 Track time in the "J" with the big motor
4. Team time trials on mini road course and some backing up with the "F"
5. Track time in the "F" R dynamic mode
6. 0 to 100 to 0 drag strip with the "F R. 4 passes 2 using the steel brake pads and 2 passes with Cermic pads.
7. Last but not least passenger in Hot lap with Professional drivers with the "F" R
This was defentiely not your dealer test ride.
Jaguar took care of even the smallest detail. They bought 4 millon dollars of inventory about 20 cars. Photo and video guys
Regardless of the model the big 550 motor was a beast.
Some of the perks
custom Jaguar room keys
Custom built dress shirt by Thomas Pink a London designer
Reception and reveling of the new "F" coupe
"good to be Bad" shirt
Jaguar hat
A pair of Rayband sunglasses
Breakfast and lunch at the track
Free drink upon returning from the track
10 Very experience drivers as coaches.
I highly recomment taking this class as they will be traveling around the country.

How many laps did you personally get in the F-Type on the COTA main circuit with you as the driver?
What other Jaguar cars did you personally drive on the COTA main circuit?
How laps did you drive personally in each car?
The t-shirts, hat, room key, and drink returning to the hotel is no big deal IMO, it's the meat that counts.
$4,000,000 in Jaguar inventory with 20 cars = each car value @ $200,000 ?????

The Villian's Acad and the R Academy are definitely very different. With the R Academy Basic level you did around 50 laps on the course, the advanced close to 100. I'd say 20% was one on one instruction and the rest lead follow. The advanced course also focused more on consistency and proper lines and car control. Then timed events, skid pad instruction and autocross instruction with you doing 99% of the driving. No riding along unless you asked for it.
I believe RussDuka went to the Level 3 class at COTA so he may give more information on that particular track and spent more time with the F-Type coupe.

I am very interested to hear how much personal track time and what track at COTA was used for the Jag Villian school. I am not impressed with a hat, t-shirt, designer dress shirt, room key and a party showing/revealing the Jag F-Type. It's the true track time and personal driving that counts.

We did 4 laps in the "J", the "K" and 4 laps in the "F" R on the main 3.2 mile track. We did not use the grandstand straight away as that was reserved for the 0-100-0 session.
Iam sure there are other courses where more track time is involved, but considering there was folks there who had no performance car experience. It was a good overall experience
Have you driven the new "F coup" on a track, how about with the ceramic brake pads?
Cars that were used were the J,K,F- R and the new "F" R coupe.

Cota level 3
I actually didn't go because they did not have a level 3 class offering even though they said they would. They changed it within the last 2 weeks. I know the level 2 class is probably nice but after previously doing an advanced course about 2 years ago, the advanced blows away the basic. Last time at lime rock (2nd advanced course i did) we skipped everything and hit the track for laps immediately and stayed lapping all day.
