Welcome back to the forum Saabdude,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X150 forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

The OE solution was the Jaguar ACM (Audio Connectivity Module) but other members will know of more advanced solutions.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

My phone connects right up with no problems for telephone service. However, if you want to use it for music, then I use a ROIDMI in the glove box outlet. This also allows a place to charge my phone as well.

I thought the glove box connections were a special order, I think with "Tech Package" in 2008s..... Course I am probably wrong.
Also, don't most iphoney users get an old 30-pin ipod connector to use in the center console?
Then ya have BOVEE
.... Tune-2-Air
.... Other ones I can't remember right now...
If I'm wrong about this stuff, just ignore me.

My 2008 has a cigarette lighter type outlet in the glovebox, not sure if it was special order. The ROIDMI goes in there and has 2 HDMI connections, which can be used to charge the I-phone. The RODMI transmits a signal to the radio, and you Bluetooth to the ROIDMI.

Clunky but it works.

I don't have any connections in my center console except to put the key fob into.

Hi all,

I just got the by 110reef mentioned Xiaomi ROIDMI delivered from Ali express (16.43 euro). Works swell with Spotify (iPhone 6) using a free FM canal of the car radio. Have to test if the handsfree phone is still available (I was still connected with bluetooth to the Jag so I dont think it will be a problem).
Thx for the tip 110 reef

Grtz
Ben
