Default Conv. Top in Number 1 position
The top has stopped in position one according to users guide. Can't get it to move. Thanks for the help.

Not sure what position 1 is but start your check by making sure the top shade is in position in the boot.

I had a similar problem with my top stuck at what's called "Position A" in the manual. Even if your problem isn't quite the same, there's a lot of information in this thread pertaining to resetting the top that should help:

Thank you both. The issue was I replaced the battery and didn't know the windows had to be reset.
