I just checked mine today and it has an indentation around the mouth of the growler but it does not appear to be a dent. It is perfect at the mouth only. I then checked the growler on the grill and it has the same indentation . It appears 3-D almost on both? Now I wonder if that is the way it should be. Too many people having same issue. Mine is 2011 xk vert. and I never banged it up. Oh well, I am not doing anything about it.

 

This may have been mentioned, what I did was go on Ebay & buy a set of center caps from China. They are very cheap. I took a heat gun & popped the emblem off. Used 3m 2-way tape & stuck it right over the dented emblem. The new emblem is a bit larger & I like how it looks, they also come in various colors.
