does this brake calipers fit to 2012 XKR-s?
2003-05 Jaguar S-type R Brembo Brake Calipers Complete Set of 6 | eBay
this looks beautiful for me.
Wonder if this caliper could be compatible with my car?

Pretty sure they won't fit.
I don't know a helluva lot about the S-Type R brakes other than they are 4-pot Brembos front and rear (i.e. the ones you are looking at) with 365 mm front and 330 mm rear discs/rotors and designed to fit inside 18" wheels.
The stock XKR-S brakes are 380 mm front and 376 mm rear, two pot front and single pot rear, and designed to fit inside minimum 20" wheels (although 19" F-Type wheels will fit) so very different to the S-type R brakes.
They *might* bolt straight up (with smaller rotors and different calliper brackets etc) but I very much doubt it.

Thank you so much for the details.
I remember being helped from you from the F-Type forum as I also have F-Type P380 Convertible.
Other than ceramic brake from Jag, normal calipers for F-type and XKRS look not that pretty so I'm thinking to change it.

I meant the opposite, that they may fit your XK. To accommodate larger disks the spindle is altered from the S to the XK for the basic caliper..
Find an S in the scrap yard and for a few dollars see if the two calipers can replace yours, or ask vendor for measurements from pin holes to back of the inside of the caliper. Also size of holes and distance apart. Front and back of the car, sets. Good luck.

This topic has come up many times over my history with the forum.
I quite enjoyed the 4 pot brembos on the xjr. With “fancy” comes “maintenance” and “expense”.
Throw enough money at it and anything is possible. Most probably you will need to fabricate a mounting bracket for your calipers. Why you are considering 10 + year old used calipers for an “upgrade” is beyond me. If it is just “looks”. and not “performance” you are after, there are plenty of caliper covers on the market.
If its performance, 3 manufactures come immediately to all our minds.

I think Alcon's might fit, but then you would need to buy rotors:

Thanks for the advice and your time.
Yeah, there are some of the options that I want to keep.
first, it must look pretty, that is why I ask you guys if those calipers will fit to my XKR as it seems to be so nice.
Second, I prefer the original than aftermarket calipers.
Performance will not that much in my consideration as I enjoy just looking at my car. rarely drive it.
