Default Driver seat slips forward & back

As the title states my driver's seat slides forward and back less than an inch when I accelerate and brake. Is this normal? I suspect something is loose underneath the seat. Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.

(BTW, even with a 4.2 N/A powertrain the car moves quickly while in the Sport Mode. Love the car!)

Maybe the massager is broken / worn out?

See if it does it in one position back or forward.

I wasn't aware of a massage feature in the car seat. Where is it and how is it deployed?

Rapidly pressing the accelerator and brake in quick succession.

I think the driver before me weighed in at 300 pounds (US) or more and forced the seat to "give up the ghost".

The whole seat frame moves, or just the leather seat bottom?
My seat bottom (just the leather cover), seems to move a bit on acceleration and braking.

Just the bottom on mine and just a little bit. I read that the cushion pan bolts could be loose. The only way to tighten them is to pull the seat.

I found out what the problem is with the seat movement and it isn't the pan bolts. It's a few bushings in the seat track rail. Here's a YouTube link that will explain the problem.

The cause of the problem has everything to do with weight. The driver seat in my car couldn't take the load it was carrying. The previous owner was obese and his love for doughnuts and junk food is going to cost me about $400 to fix.

Go to a few auto upholstery shops and get a few quotes. I did and the prices were all over the place. Good luck!
