07 xk I had water in passenger side floor
I thought the duck bill was clogged
took in today for an oil change and check up
tech used a scope and said duck bill has been removed
I can sometimes get the water out by closing vents and placing fan on high however not always
how should I proceed Should I try to see if there is debris and attempt to clear
i am uncertain what I am dealing with
the tech said it was basically a hole where the duck bill was

Lots of duckbill threads on this Forum. It's easier to reach it from the top on an XK because there is no supercharger in the way. The duckbill is inside a hole and it's helpful if you have a skinny arm!

Yeh, I’m guessing he saw the hole but didn’t look inside for the duckbill.

 

You can't look inside that hole unless you have an inspection camera (borescope), but you can feel the duckbill inside that hole with your finger.
