Those wheels are going to bring a lot of attention.

BLACK EXT.DOOR FRAME MOLDING and GRILLE - BLACK GLOSS indicate the Black Pack. EXHAUST PIPE EXT-R PERFORMANCE is the Performance Active Exhaust. It's possible that the exact wording of some of these may have changed over time.

I believe the Vulcans should just bolt on any 5.0 XKR (but not an XK or 4.2 XKR - their offsets are different)
Hope I'm doing this correctly....
it's a 2014 XK R . It has Active Exhaust, which is fully broken in...sweeeet sound!! It's color is Italian Racing Red..In the brochure it stated this color was for Dynamic Pack ...the wheel options with this color included the Forged Vulcans (polished). The Takoba's were ordered with it, but the Chromed Kalimonos were what came on it when I bought it.
I really like the polished effect with the red..I jjus want to make sure BIGGER will fit! ....I think at one time Takoba came in chrome (not talking Hyper-silver) ...and I I've had a devil of a time finding any NEW Chrome Kalimnos...does you know if the FX ( err F-type, uggh, I don't know which one it is) Chrome Kalimos is the same size as the XK??

While I was cleaning it the little neighbor girl came over and asked if I was doing this because it didn’t have enough ‘sparkle’… I think it does.

The performance exhaust adds about 10 more HP. The XKR-S's 40 more HP is made from the performance exhaust (10HP) and the ECU remapping (30 HP).
id be interested to see if you have the performance exhaust fitted.
I have a 2013 with dynamic & speed pack, plus original sales spec sheet says performance exhaust fitted. However when looking under the car it has the 2 centre boxes, which I believe are deleted on the performance exhaust. Ive been wondering for some time whether it’s a Jaguar description error on that year or whether it’s just my car.

The PE is a separate option on non-"S" models. Either the build sheet is wrong (unlikely), or the previous owner changed it out for some reason (more likely, but why?). Maybe the exhaust was damaged in an accident and the standard exhaust was installed by the previous owner?

Funny you mention build sheets being incorrect it can certainly happen ! ..
n/a xk 4.2 are listed as having 3.07.1 final drive (build sheet) when in fact it has exactly the same unit that is fitted to the xkr 3.31.1

I would assume it is a print sheet error. Seems unlikely to me that someone would change from PE to standard exhaust.

Got myself in gear & phoned the local Jaguar dealer.
Seems the sheet I was given with the car was something from the sales room. They’ve kindly sent me a build sheet. States dynamic pack, speed pack, super performance brakes, suspension upgraded sports tune. But for the exhaust it’s just quad tailpipes. So it hasn’t been changed, just a bit of misinformation. Darn it 🤨

Never trust a sales person. A build sheet is a build sheet. A sales sheet is $! =) - ' ¥®¬}

I think that the performance exhaust is the standard one, the performance active exhaust (PAE) is the one fitted to the XKR-S and cars like the Dynamic R.

I think ACTIVE exhaust is the standard? Performance Active is the upgrade. Methinks you just had a type-fart when you wrote that.

No, I just think it is a marketing term to make the exhaust sound a bit more exciting on the build sheet like my '07 XKR had "Super Performance Brakes" but they were just the standard ones.

The later brochures refer to the standard XKR exhaust as the Sports Active Exhaust to differentiate it from the Performance Active Exhaust.

Active exhaust = the back box has vacuum-actuated valves that allow a bypass of the box, controlled by computer, allowing a fuse-19 removal to allow open valves perpetually.
Performance active exhaust = the above + resonator delete.
I don't know what the spring-loaded bypass valve back box system is called, however.
